Excellent cottage, great time had by all including the dog! Mrs A, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire 02 October 2010
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very spacious with every domestic need catered for. There are an abundace of books and games together with plenty of tourist information leaflets. Lovely riverside and mountain views from the comfort of the living area and also the outside decking area. The enclosed garden is large and safe to allow your dog off the leash, also there are plenty of outdoor sports equipment available for use. The owners hospitality was very welcoming. Poolewe has plenty walks and beaches nearby and many scenic drives. There is so much to see and do it leaves you wanting more! Miss K, Glasgow, Lanarkshire 10 August 2010
An astonishing house at a marvellous place! Mr D, Gorinchem, Netherlands 09 August 2010
Close to beautiful remote unspoiled beaches and lots of breath taking scenery, lots of things to do, we ran out of time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and our little boy enjoyed running round the garden while we BBQ'd dinner, the house was a great homely place with everything we needed and a bit more... thank you! Ms S, Glasgow, Lanarkshire 08 July 2010
A truly fantastic location with rivers, sea and mountains all around. Poolewe is a brilliant base for exploring Wester Ross and Logie Ewe, a great cottage. Mr S, MARLBOROUGH, Wiltshire 23 May 2010
Fantastic house in a superb location. Telephoned by both owner and caretaker on day of arrival to make sure everything was in order. Welcome gift of wine, fudge and shortbread was lovely. Surrounding area is great for walking and sight seeing, little cafe in Poolewe a must-cakes to die for. Highly recommended Mrs G, PERTH, Scotland 13 April 2010
A super few days and the weather was great. The swimming pool and jungle time was great fun and the Creel boat trip is not to be missed - the children held a star fish, hermit crabs, octopus and ling crabs etc, the Skipper Ian was very nice and welcoming. Mrs K, LIVINGSTON, West Lothian 18 January 2010
We've had a great week and have enjoyed the house and the views from here. We had a good time on the glass bottomed boat and would also remommend the cafe in the village and the old inn in Gairloch. A memorable holiday! Mrs S, Reading, Berkshire 18 January 2010
A lovely place to stay, a wonderful view up the river and great walking. Fabulous scenery, and we did manage to see it in glorious sunshine for one day. The boys enjoyed fishing in the lochs, and the girls enjoyed horse riding in Fowerdale. A superb cottage and amenities. Mrs C, MORPETH, 14 January 2010
Logie Ewe is probably the best holiday cottage that we have rented. A super location for views and privacy, and excellent facilities, comfort and cleanliness. The most enjoyable evening was spent at "Raptures", the small restaurant at Badachro. Our first time in Wester Ross but not the last! Mr D, ROSSENDALE, 14 January 2010
Logie Ewe was a lovely place to stay. Stunning view lots of birds, and thank you for the chocolates and biscuits and wine. We had lovely weather and had great days out, but there is still so much left to do! We hope we will be back. Mr G, READING, 14 January 2010
We really enjoyed our stay in such a welcome home from home, thank you. Sleepy Hollow Smoke House in Mellon Charles has a fantastic supply of fish. Dr P, INVERNESS, 14 January 2010
This was our first time here in Scotland and we loved it! Logie Ewe is an amazing house, so homely and well equipped, we loved the scenery, fires and total relaxation. Well worth our 12 hour drive and we would love to return! Mrs P, ORPINGTON, Kent 14 January 2010
This was our first time in Wester Ross and we will be back soon. Logie Ewe is in a perfect location to visit the area, and the house was very comfortable with everything we needed. Mr O, Edinburgh, Midlothian 13 January 2010
Logie Ewe was a superb base for our sunniest Easter holiday ever - thankyou. The highlights included a 2 day, 46km hike in the Fisherfield, kite flying on the magnificent beach at Mellon Udrigle, magnificent ascents of 3 munros, camping by Fionn Loch, cycling to the "Rubadub" point and the spotted woodpecker feeding outside the window at Logie Ewe. Mr F, By Cupar Fife, 13 January 2010
An excellent location - set amid stunning scenery and beaches. The cottage had superb views and had everything in it that we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Mr N, ROCHFORD 27 August 2009
This was our first holiday with our dog. The house was perfect for him and the garden safe and secure. It's a beautiful area with wonderful walks in the hills and on beaches: the perfect place for a dog walking holiday! Mr L, Ashford 20 September 2008
I would recommend this holiday to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal for walking in unspoilt countryside, Firmore Sands beach is beauty personified. Mr S, Billingham, Cleveland 02 September 2006
